I stopped by the shelter on W. Tenn to see about talking to the director on partnering with me on a project. He wasn't in. A lady approached and asked about sleeping there tonight. She's been homeless since her family died in July. She's slept here and there in the woods and on the street since then but has always been scared to go to the shelter.
