Tallahassee Restaurant Review: Eternal Grounds Coffee Shop
Posted On 01/25/2012 16:38:05 by Tallahassee_Restaurants
A Soul Nuturing Cup at Eternal Grounds Coffee Shop by Pedro Sempertegui  The coffee bean helps fuel our world with its magical powers.  One cup can give us the energy to take on the day while one pitcher can give us the energy to power through the night.  Some load it up with milk and sugar but I like keeping it dark.  For one thing, itâ€...   A Modern Mexican restaurant at Morelia's by Pedro Sempertegui
& Lindsay White     If I were to compile a list of my favorite foods and rank them according to how much I absolutely cannot live without them, Latin American foods would be very well represented towards the top.  I consider it a blessing that my mother was such a great chef.  I grew up eating a lot of traditional...   Feed Your Head at Bagelheads
by: Pedro Sempertegui
& Lindsay White     Bagels are a very historic food.  Some people believe that they were created in the shape of a stirrup to commemorate the victory of Poland's King Jan III Sobieski over the Ottoman Turks in the Battle of Vienna in 1683.  But they were invented much earlier than that.  In Krakow, Poland, they were made...   Feeling the Island Vybz
by: Pedro Sempertegui
& Lindsay White   I'm always up to try new and exotic foods, but it's always hard to find a good ethnic restaurant.  There are a lot of places that tote authenticity in their names but their food ends up lacking the flavor and integrity of the real thing.  Take Olive Garden for example, it puts on that it's an Italian restaurant and says t...   University Center Club: You Can Dine Where the Seminoles Shine by: Tony Miller   Arriving at Doak Campbell Stadium, Home of FSU Seminole Football is always a treat. The grandeur of the brick and mortar of the beautiful stadium, walking past the humungous Chief Osceola "Unconquered" statue and seeing the tailgate tents set up along Langford Green just gets you in the College Footba...   Let There Be Steak!
by: Pedro Sempertegui
& Lindsay White   Every day I've passed by Hotel Duval with only a faint idea about the caliber of food that's offered in their first floor restaurant.  Shula's 347 brandishes the title "Grill" but many seem to see it as more of a "Steakhouse" due to the great care they take in selecting their cuts of meat.   The "Shula Cut" is the brand name o... Taking a delicious journey
South of the Border
by: Pedro Sempertegui
& Lindsay White   Los Amigos opened a new restaurant location on Apalachee Parkway, a little east of Capital Circle.  I took my lovely girlfriend Lindsay out to see what this new location had to offer.  The drive from my house wasn't bad at all, and considering the magical qualities of good Mexican food, I couldn't complain.  ... Food Critic Review: Tally's Grille
Posted On 09/09/2010 14:30:11 by Tally_Food_Critic
I walked into Tally's Grille in Market Square and immediately felt like I was in a classic Mom & Pop country diner like my uncle used to take me to as a kid.    They only serve Breakfast and Lunch - Monday thru Friday with Breakfast ONLY on Saturdays. Closed Sundays.   You order at the counter and you are greeted by Dixie, one of the owners, and she takes your order. Very friendly and doesn't rush you.  Turns out her son and business partner, Chris, is working... Read More
