I wish I could take credit for this but I can't. I read this somewhere online and it has been my mantra for the last few weeks.
Be a Food SnobThis means instead of wasting precious calories and stomach space on food, drink and especially treats this Holiday season, Be a snob!
If you are going to indulge, make sure it's worth your while.
This time of year my husband and I get loaded down with baked goods given to us by well meaning people. Normally I eat the stuff out of guilt or boredom. I can't tell you how many things I've eaten that were just so so or even downright yucky.
This year instead of just eating because it's there, I am going to raise my nose, stick out my pinky and be a total snob.
I will eat only the best of the best. I will be picky about what I use my precious calories on and I will be a Holiday Food Snob.
So, join me. Turn up your nose, stick out your pinky finger and partake of only the finest, most enjoyable, sinfully delicious foods, drinks and treats this Holiday season.
Have a wonderful, joyful Christmas
