The group meets once or twice a month, possibly on a Tuesday evening.  The meeting agenda consists of a  professional baker overview,  topic discussion, facilitator summary, next topic selection, announcements, and closing comments.

There are several possible meeting sites including two Atlanta Bread Company locations and Panera Breads.
